| A non-refundable application fee of $35.00 is required when the application is submitted. Credit / or background checks will be run and references verified. You must have an established credit history in order to qualify for rental consideration. A poor credit score will not be accepted. Your monthly income must be at least three time the rental amount. The first month's rent is required at the time of move-in. Pets and waterbeds are not allowed. Prices & requirements are subject to change without notice. |
